Individual Therapy (ages 18+)
Our clinicians are highly trained generalists who work with people experiencing a wide array of problems. However, we have particular expertise in working with people who are somewhat difficult to reach, ambivalent about treatment, or unsure about how they might use/benefit from psychotherapy. Although our approach to psychotherapy does not hold special regard for diagnostic labels, they can capture something important with respect to a person’s experience, which can then inform the nature and course of therapy.
With that said, our clinicians have worked with people whose difficulties fall into the following categories, and many more.
