Fees and Payment

We accept cash and checks; and in the future probably credit/debit cards by way of a portal we will give you instructions on how to arrange. Please contact us to inquire about fees.

*Please Note: we do have some slots set aside for sliding scale and pro-bono sessions, the latter of which are currently full.

Tufts Students:

We are in-network providers only for the Tufts University Student Health Insurance, United Health Care Student Resources. This means we accept insurance only if you are enrolled in Tufts University UHCSR. The copay is minimal—we believe 5 dollars currently.

Other Insurances:

If you have insurance that offers out-of-network benefits, you may be able to receive reimbursement for sessions. We will provide you with a master bill, which you can submit to your insurance co., and receive some reimbursement for services.

If you want to see us using out-of-network benefits, before contacting us, we strongly suggest you contact your insurance provider to ask specifically about the following:

Info to attain from your insurance company:

  • Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health coverage?

  • If so, what percentage is covered?

  • Do I have a deductible? What is it and how much of it have I met?

  • What is the co-pay for a session if I see an out-of-network provider?

  • How do I submit a request for reimbursement?

  • What is the reimbursement for CPT code 90834?
